Always the same questions
Wherever I turn I see the same questions from hosts. Why are my bookings down? Should I list anywhere else? Should I join an agency? Should I have a website? Should I take direct bookings? How do I do it?
I’ve tried commenting on posts. I’ve given advice to many people. I’ve helped individuals out and I’ve even talked people through the process but it takes time and however many I help, more ask the questions.
I set this website up for people to use and take advice from. I firmly believe this is the best way to run your holiday let. If you are comfortable doing these things yourself then go for it.
